This policy describes how Varna North Properties processes and protects your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data that you yourself provide to us through the site forms (property inquiry, property offer, contact): name, phone, email and the text of your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not require registration.
3. What we use them for
We only use the data to respond to your enquiry, connect you with a suitable property or broker and process property offers. We do not use them for automated profiling.
4. Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, b. "a" GDPR), given when sending the form, and/or in order to take steps at your request before concluding a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, b. "b").
5. To whom we provide them
We do not sell or provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes. The data can only be accessed by agency staff and technical providers who help us process the inquiry, subject to strict confidentiality.
6. How long we keep them
We retain inquiry data until the end of the communication and for 12 months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law. We then delete or anonymize them.
7. Your Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 8. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
