The gorgeous sea view villa is just a short drive away from Balchik and Albena - Bulgaria's top resort boasting wide sandy beaches. It is located in a prime area, commonly referred to as Golden Fish, an area zoned for summer villas, situated on a terraced hillside overlooking Albena and Balchik. A single-track road leading off the main coast road from Albena to Balchik provides access to the property, which is just five minutes (4 km) away from restaurants and bars in the nearby resort. Varna International Airport is approximately 30 minutes (30 km) drive away. It is a brand new three-storey property in a modern style, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.  It enjoys spectacular views on the sea, with magnificent sunrises, and wide panoramic views on the resort towns of Balchik and Albena. The villa offers to its guests five simply furnished bedrooms - four on the first floor with two shower-rooms and one spacious studio on the second floor with its own shower-room. The open plan living accommodation on the ground floor comprises of a large lounge, dining room and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living room features a handsome fireplace and a cozy sitting area with cable TV corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washing machine, which is located in the utility room. In the kitchen you will find all you need for a perfect self-catering holiday: toaster, coffee machine, juicer, pottery, cutlery and silverware. On the ground floor you will spend long leisurely evenings with your family and friends and relax after the hot day on the beach. The spacious terrace is just overlooking the villa garden and the sea. There is one additional bathroom on this floor. Each bedroom has access to a spacious wrap-around sun deck above the ground level, or has its own balcony, where you can sunbathe, sip on a drink, or just enjoy the view.  There are plenty of loungers and sitting areas outside. The villa is air conditioned for your comfort during the hot summer days. Prices indicated are for renting the whole villa on a self-catering basis.  The villa can comfortably sleep up to 11 persons in 5 bedrooms, with an additional pull-out sofa. There are 8 single beds and 1 double bed.
All prices include electricity, gas, water consumption, change-over cleaning, linens and towels provided.  Pick up and return to Varna airport, as well as rental car booking assistance are available upon request.
