When you own a property in Bulgaria, it is incredibly important to make sure that it is properly cared for. Our role as a Property Management Company will be to care for your property in your absence, ensuring it is well maintained, and kept in peak condition.

We cover especially the Northern Black Sea Region, which includes North of Varna, St.St. Konstatin and Helena, Golden Sands, Kranevo, Albena, Rogachevo, Balchik, Kavarna, Shabla, Dobrich and General Toshevo, plus all of the local inland villages.

We will act as your official key holder and carry out an individual property inspection every two weeks, making the following checks and providing you with a written report via email.

Ventilate the property to prevent any stagnation.
Security checking all windows, doors and alarm system
Check all lighting, plumbing, electrical appliances, air conditioners and test all boilers.
Check and flush all sanitary fittings.
Check for damp, mould, vermin and infestations.
Check for leaks, cracks and any weather damage.
Check and maintain indoor plants.
Advise of any necessary repairs to maintain your property in first class condition.

Utility bill paying service and payment of municipal and local taxes

We can make all payments for your property's bills. We can set up all the necessary contracts on your behalf with Security Company, local police, TV, internet and insurance companies. We will transfer your utility accounts into your name, provide readings to these companies and pay the bills on your behalf. We keep a simple running statement showing all your expenses
